We hold full professional indemnity insurance to cover probate services. Our professional indemnity insurer is Accelerant Insurance Europe SA of 1 Tollgate Business Park, Tollgate West, Colchester, CO3 8AB. The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the United States of America or Canada and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the United States or Canada. We are insured for £700,000 per claim.

We are regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (equivalent to the Law Society). If you are not happy with our service you can complain to them and the Legal Services Ombudsman and access the ICAEW’s Compensation Scheme if you have suffered a loss.

Each client has its own separate client bank account, where applicable.

With an office in Meopham, you can drop paperwork off directly to us and avoid sending it in the post.

Other providers and solicitors may not be so conveniently located.

We are available for face-to-face meetings rather than telephone/email support only.

Adrian trained and qualified in Sidcup and has worked for a number of practices including one firm in the top 10. Adrian is a founder of Metsons, a firm of Chartered Accountants which is a modern and fast growing practice in Meopham, first established in 2002.
