Application for probate
We can complete the inheritance tax forms and apply for probate on your behalf.
You can then deal with the other aspects of the will or we can help further.
Collect together the estate
We can bring together the various assets of the estate including bank accounts, shares, sell businesses, sell property etc.
We have links with local estate agents and solicitors who can assist us in this area.
All money collected would be held in a separate, protected, dedicated bank account for each specific client.
Deal with HMRC and other creditors
From the proceeds of the estate, we will pay all liabilities including; utility bills, home insurance, HMRC, loans, overdrafts, mortgages, funeral expenses etc.
Distribution of estate to beneficiaries
Once the estate has been collected and all debts paid, after the necessary time limits have been passed, we will distribute the assets to the beneficiaries.
